Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Alriyan Fashion. If something is not right, we are here to help. Please read our exchange and return policy carefully.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been confirmed and processed. Once production or dispatch has begun, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page.

Returns

We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described
  • The incorrect item or size was delivered
  • The product is unused, with all original packaging, seals, and tags intact

Returns outside of these conditions — including change of mind — will not be accepted. To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Exchanges

If your item is a free-size product, you may exchange it for a different design within 7 business days of delivery, subject to availability. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

For sized items, exchanges are accepted only if an incorrect size was delivered. Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via our Contact Us page or email within the eligible timeframe
  2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue
  3. Attach clear photographs of the item showing the concern (if applicable)
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Items returned after the eligible return window
  • Custom or made-to-order items

Refunds

Once a return is approved and the item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be issued through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
